Bespoke Therapeutic Yoga Sessions:
Therapeutic yoga sessions tailored to your company's requirements, goals and corporate culture. Inclusive of all abilities, sessions will increase employee wellbeing, mental and physical health and productivity.
Sessions can be run on-site (COVID dependant], or virtually. Adaptable length of sessions from 30 to 90 minutes. Examples of sessions offered;
DESKTOP & MINDFULNESS MOVEMENT
Chair and desktop based therapeutic yoga and mobilisation. Helps reverse effects of bad posture. Stress relieving breathing practices. Short guided meditation accessible to all. Can be performed in office clothes.
DECOMPRESS (YIN)
Long held postures targeting deep connective tissue (fascia, ligaments and joints). Deep ‘stretch’. Perfect antidote to busy lifestyle. Maintains ease and health of the body, clears the mind, become calm, present and focused. Aids restful sleep.
ENERGISE
Mindful based and flowing movement. Clearing and calming the mind by dropping awareness into the body (embodied awareness). Re-oxygenating blood, greater clarity of thought, increased energy levels and alertness.
STRESS BUSTER & CORE RESILIENCE
Dynamic, strength & resilience building class focusing on core strength. Metabolise circulating stress hormones, allowing the body to come to homeostasis (de-stress)
How It Works

For on-site sessions: conduct review of location and facilities available to run sessions.
On-line sessions: review of logistics, on-line video conferencing service.
Generate list of attendees and any specific requirements,
pre-existing injuries etc.

ABOUT ME
I have over 20 years experience in Research and Development working within large blue chip pharmaceutical companies as a Freelance Global Study Lead, managing cutting edge immunotherapy clinical trials in Oncology both in the UK and Europe (Pfizer, Roche, Eisai, Takeda, Paraxel).

A yoga practice helped me manage stress with a deep sense of calm, perform with sustained focus and clarity, optimised my health and I believe, made me more productive.
​
It is my passion to share these tools and learning with employees to improve their quality of home and working life.
​
I qualified as a hot yoga instructor and went on to study a yoga therapy diploma, specialising in corporate stress management. I have been teaching yoga for over 5 years, am continuously learning, reading research papers and always looking to share new learnings in my classes.
